Refund Policy
At Vela, we want you to love your experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your physical product purchase, we offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund:

Your return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).
Non-Refundable Items

Membership fees ($29/month) are non-refundable once charged.

Digital content, gift cards, and promotional/discounted items may also be non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
How to Request a Refund
Please contact support@joinvela.fit with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Processing Time
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping
We currently ship domestic orders within the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Carrier
We use standard domestic carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact support@joinvela.fit within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
